Sales Support Engineer

Job Description:

  • Deal with daily sales business, including bidding, quotation, technical support to overseas salesman and agent.

  • Coordinate the relationship between company and customers; solve customer complaints; receipt customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, applied science, or related fields.

  • English speaking and writing.

  • 1+ year experience in mechanical design, and technical sales support on mechanical products is preferred.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.


R&D Engineer

Job Description:

Passionate about prototype development and new technologies, within the Innovation, R&D and Technology group, the Designer, IRDT applies a solid knowledge of mechanical engineering principles to develop new solutions and to evaluate the merits and risks of alternatives. Within a multi-disciplinary team he efficiently applies MathCad, FEA and CFD simulation tools such as ANSYS Workbench to predict performance and develop concepts. He/she will work effectively with colleagues to ensure that engineering decisions which span multiple disciplines are balanced and optimized for the overall performance, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness of the product and technology.

More specifically, she/he will be responsible to:

  • Review existing solutions and prepare comprehensive summary

  • Develop new mechanical design of valves using engineering calculations

  • Perform structural, fluid, and thermal analysis using ANSYS Workbench

  • Ensure designs meet industry codes, standards, and accepted engineering practices

  • Under the supervision of the Product development process Manager:

  • Lead projects, including planning, tracking, scope, execution, and reporting

  • Ensure project definition including business case and technical specification

  • Synchronize activity with other Engineering groups including overseas teams

  • Present proposals, project updates, and final results

  • Write reports and engineering instructions to document and transmit final results

  • Supervise Internship students and/or laboratory technician

  • Support the R&D lab with test fixture designs.

Qualifications:

  • Master degree or above. Mechanical manufacturing or mechanical design related

  • Strong interpersonal skills; open-minded

  • 2 years or above experience in valve development and design. Experience in valve development project management is preferred. Professional knowledge in valve design and operation principle.

  • Proficiency in two-dimensional, three-dimensional software. Familiar with finite element analysis

  • Good English for listening,oral, reading and writing.

  • Good ability of communication, coordination and solving technical problems. Interested in difficulties study, technical research and new product development.

  • Excellent oral and written communication to all levels with experience making presentations.

  • Knowledge and experience of valve and pressure vessel design standards and procedures, including API 6A, API 6D, ASME B16.34, ASME B16.10, ASME B16.5, ASME BPVC, ASME Y14.5, API 608

  • Knowledge and experience using engineering and design analytical software (ANSYS, CFX, Pro/Mechanica, MathCAD, etc.)

  • Knowledge of drafting dimensioning and tolerance standard (ANSI Y14.5)

  • Solid understanding of machining and assembly methods and processes


Project Management Engineer

Job Description:

  • Make project execution plan; evaluate the key and difficult points in project execution.

  • Coordinate sales, design, produce, resources, purchase departments in order to execute projects optimally.

  • Communicate with customers during the whole project.

Qualifications:

  • College Degree or above, Mechanical related.

  • Able to communicate in English; written and oral.

  • 2+ working experience in mechanical manufacturing or related. Experience in project execution is preferred.

  • Familiar with valve structure and theory, valve technical knowledge and valve industry standard is preferred.

  • Quick thinking, good communication skills and optimistic attitude.

  • Ability to perform under pressure and meat deadlines

  • Ability to work independently and in a team.


Valve Design Engineer

Qualifications:
